Cancellation & Payment Policy: Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation due to low registration or other unanticipated conditions. Deposits for classes are non-refundable unless class is cancelled by the instructor. The full balance is due on or before the first day of class and is non-refundable after the start of the class.

Please note: We reserve the right to exclude any dog that shows aggressive or inappropriate behavior.

Release of Liability: I acknowledge and agree that my participation in dog training class is not without risk and I knowingly assume all risk of any damage, loss or injury while attending any training session or function of See Spot Think, Inc. and Digby's Dog Clubhouse. I hereby waive and release See Spot Think, Inc. and Digby's Dog Clubhouse, Inc, their owners, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all liability of any nature, for injury, damage and expense which I, or my dog, may suffer caused by reason of my participation in dog training.
